Air New Zealand a annoncé la semaine dernière la possible annulation de 25 vols régionaux. Pourquoi ? Tout simplement pour permettre au personnel des tours de contrôle de cinq petits aéroports de respecter les nouvelles rêgles de travail.
Ces rêgles exigent désormais que la pause de midi soit prévue plutôt que de permettre au personnel de prendre cette pose quand la charge de travaille le permet.
Le résultat est que cinq tours doivent être fermées deux fois par jour pendant jusqu'à 45 minutes pour permettre au personnel de prendre leur pause-repas.
Le porte parole d'Air New Zeeland exprime assez bien tout le bien qu'il pense de ce nouveau rêglement:
